For Neenah Coldenhove BV, we focused on an interim position for inside sales. The department for supporting export sales was insufficiently focused on customer interests. The focus was too much production related and too little sales related. Customer services was reinvented with state-of-the art CRM systems to provide the beste possible service to existing and new customers. Not only providing handling systems on sold goods, but also to pursuade customer service to take more interest in selling new product orders and also involving the customer in a better procurement system.
